| Penerangan CU | Industrial Robotic System Maintenance describes the activities to retain and/or to restore industrial robotic equipment and its system serviceable to achieve operational precision and its maximum useful lifespan. It includes corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to analyse robotic system maintenance requirements, diagnose robotic system problem, dismantle robotic parts, maintain robotic parts, re-install robotic parts, reload robotic program, perform robotic system functionality test and produce robotic system maintenance report. The outcome of this CU is the maintenance activity of industrial robotic equipment performed in accordance with Operation Equipment Manual (OEM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as per company’s policy, rules and regulations. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcome of this competency unit is the maintenance activity of industrial robotic equipment performed in accordance with Operation Equipment Manual (OEM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as per company’s policy, rules and regulations. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Analyse industrial robotic system maintenance requirements. 2. Diagnose industrial robotic system problem. 3. Dismantle industrial robotic parts. 4. Maintain industrial robotic parts. 5. Re-install industrial robotic parts. 6. Reload industrial robotic program. 7.
