| Penerangan CU | Integrated Material Handling System Maintenance describes the complex and sophisticated system such as automated and other logistic machinery. It is to be done periodically, complying with the maintenance schedule. Maintenance work is done when machine is malfunction or whenever required at site. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to analyse integrated material handling system operation, troubleshoot integrated material handling system, dismantle integrated material handling system, maintain integrated material handling system, re-install integrated material handling system, perform integrated material handling system calibration and setting, test and commission of integrated material handling system and produce integrated material handling system maintenance report. The outcome of this CU is integrated material handling equipment maintenance efficiency, availability, reliability, stability and accuracy are sustained in accordance with manufacturer’s specification, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as per company’s policy, rules and regulations. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcome of this competency unit is integrated material handling equipment maintenance efficiency, availability, reliability, stability and accuracy sustained in accordance with manufacturer’s specification, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as per company’s policy, rules and regulations. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Analyse integrated material handling system operation. 2. Troubleshoot integrated material handling system. 3. Dismantle integrated material handling system. 4. Maintain integrated material handling system. 5. Re-install integrated material handling system. 6.
