| Penerangan CU | Machine Maintenance Management describes managing the functions of maintenance activities. Machine maintenance consist of Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance. the purpose of machine maintenance management is to enhance machine efficiency, operational availability and performance in accordance with operational requirement. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to establish maintenance master plan, review machine performance, comply company procedures procedure, perform staffing, perform staffing management, verify machine maintenance budget and verify technical inspection document. The outcome of this CU is the establishment of machine maintenance budget, manpower planning, machine maintenance masterplan and machine performance reviewed efficiently/consistently in accordance with, company’s procedures and statutory bodies requirement (DOSH, DOE). |
