The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to perform ship steering operation, perform navigational lookout operation, perform safe watchkeeping operation and perform emergency equipment handling. The outcome of this CU is navigational watch support operation are performed as per STCW 1978 as amended 2010. This CU needs to be conducted and verified during shipboard training at sea by means of completing training and assessment record book. |
