| Objektif Pembelajaran | The personnel who possess this competency will be able create and translate engineering contingency instruction into systematic documentation as a guideline and reference for wafer fabrication operation activities. Out Of Control Action Plan (OCAP) Development activity starts with identify the issue required for development or revision; conduct brainstorming session; identify potential solutions and present OCAP findings for approval. The outcome of this competency is to standardization of contingency activities execution in accordance with company’s policy rules, regulation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
