This competency unit outlines work scope of supervisory functions as stipulated in company’s job description and SOP. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to coordinate PTW application, check HSE compliances, prepare job schedule, perform internal communication activities, maintain site stock inventory, coordinate machineries and equipment maintenance, conduct on job training / coaching and support HR administration. The outcome of this CU is supervisory duties are performed to support operations according to company’s SOP and scope of work. |
