Penerangan CU | Aquatic Workforce Professional Development Management competency unit is to manage available skills and personnel professional development as to optimize human capital hence maximise company’s profitability. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the workforces in the aquatic industry are being managed effectively, systematically and professionally as to create a harmonious working environment. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to study aquatic workforce requirements, analyse workforce utilization, manage operation workforce, manage lifeguarding examination, design workforce personal professional development program, administer workforce performance appraisal, manage staff matters, manage workforce career development and prepare workforce management achievement report in accordance with company policies and legislative requirements. |
