The process where planning of work between sections are coordinated. Train and select employees for specific jobs. Maintain a proper cost control in terms of minimizing material waste, proper production flow and productivity of workers. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to Monitor Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) compliance implementation, coordinate equipment & instrument maintenance, conduct in-house training, coordinate task quality improvement, conduct daily briefing and perform work liaison activities. |
