| Penerangan CU | Oil Palm Plantation Administration describes the activities involved in oil palm plantation which starts from land development planning, nursery administration, crop production controls and plantation upkeep & cultivation. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform land development planning, administer nursery operation, perform crop production control and administer plantation upkeep and cultivation. The outcomes of this CU are the plantation are planned, administered and control efficiently in compliance with regulatory requirement, organization annual target, oil palm organization manual, principles and criteria in Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), Environmental Act 1976 and based on Malaysian Agriculture Producers Association (MAPA)/NUPW. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency unit are trainees enable to planned, administered and control efficiently in compliance with organization annual target, oil palm organization manual, principles and criteria in Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), Environmental Act 1976 and based on Malaysian Agriculture Producers Association (MAPA)/NUPW. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Perform land development planning. 2. Administer nursery operation. 3. Perform crop production control. 4.
