| Penerangan CU | Production and Operation Process Halal Compliance Inspection describes the competency in carrying out inspection on various activities and product during production and operation of the company. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out workers Halal compliance inspection, carry out Halal compliance machine and equipment inspection and carry out Halal compliance premise inspection. The outcome of this CU is the production and operation compliance requirement on Halal certification are met in accordance with Malaysian Halal Management System (MHMS) and Manual Procedure for Malaysian Halal Certification (Domestic) (MPPHM) compliance requirement. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to carry out inspection activities so that production and operation compliance requirement on Halal certification are met in accordance with Malaysian Halal Management System (MHMS) and Manual Procedure for Malaysian Halal Certification (Domestic) compliance requirement. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Carry out worker’s Halal compliance inspection. 2. Carry out Halal compliance machine and equipment inspection. 3. Carry out Halal compliance premise inspection. |
