Penerangan CU | Halal Compliance Operation and Administration describes the competencies in carrying out operation and specific administration function as specified for Halal operation supervisor. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop Internal Halal Control System (IHCS), establish Halal Control Point (HCP) risk control procedure, perform Halal certification registration and conduct Halal compliance training. The outcome of this CU is the compliance and control system in the organisation for Halal certification are prepared and complied with the Malaysian Halal Management System (MHMS) and Manual Procedure for Malaysian Halal Certification (Domestic) (MPPHM)compliance requirement. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to carry out administration activities related to Halal compliance so that the compliance and control system in the organisation for Halal certification are prepared and complied with the Malaysian Halal Management System (MHMS) and Manual Procedure for Malaysian Halal Certification (Domestic) compliance requirement. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Develop Internal Halal Control System (IHCS). 2. Perform Halal certification application. 3. Conduct staff training. |
