| Penerangan CU | Cold Rolling Production Budget and Cost Management describes the competency in managing the production budget and cost in order to meet the market demand in a competitive manner whilst ensuring delivery of safe and quality deliveries. To perform this CU, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of analytical, communications, business acumen and leadership skills. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to analyse resources and product requirements, set production target, set production budget, review production performance and budget and prepare production management budget. The outcome of this CU is a production management report prepared in acquiring the expenditure needed to operate the department according to organisation procedure. |
