This vital operation is carefully controlled to ensure that no lubricant is left on the steel. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare cleaning process requirements, carry out full hard coil cleaning Entry Process, carry out full hard coil cleaning Entry Preparation, carry out full hard coil cleaning process, carry out cleaning Exit Process and perform offline cleaning machine servicing. The outcome of this CU is strip degreased and the surface is clean as per production requirements. |
