The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare temper rolling/ skin pass process requirements, prepare standby rolls, carry out temper rolling/ skin pass Entry Process, carry out annealed coil Entry Preparation, carry out temper rolling/ skin pass process, carry out temper rolling/ skin pass Exit Process and perform offline temper rolling/ skin pass machine servicing. The outcome of this CU is steel coil achieved desired flatness and surface finish as per production requirements. |
