| Penerangan CU | Shovel Handling describes shoving the dry bulk cargo at warehouse/ yard, wharf and cargo hatch by operator to gather, levelling cargo hatch and load cargo onto truck. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform pre-operational shovel inspection, inspect cargo condition, handle shovel, shove cargo in warehouse/ yard, shove cargo at wharf, shove cargo in hatch/ barge and perform post-operational shovel inspection. The outcome of this CU is the shovel handled safely without any incident to the shovel, port properties, vessel structure and cargo during pre-operation, execution operation and post operation in accordance with company SOP and job description. |
