The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform pre-operational dry bulk crane inspection, communicate operation details with operation team, perform lift-in and lift-out machine at vessel, perform discharge or loading operation and perform post-operational dry bulk crane inspection. The outcome of this CU is the crane handled safely by competent operator during time given without any incident during pre-operation, execution operation and post operation in accordance with company SOP and job description. |
