These activities cover all MGO’s transferring/ supplying activities which include before, during, and after the MGO bunkering operations. This CU is to be performed in extreme caution to avoid unnecessary fatal accidents and impairment to the environment. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to comprehend MGO bunkering requirements, organise MGO bunkering requirements, conduct MGO bunkering execution, conduct MGO bunkering wrap-up, and complete MGO bunkering documentations. The outcomes of this CU are the MGO is transferred/ supplied to the receiving ships safely and accurately in accordance with the MGO Bunkering Plan and the customer’s satisfactions. |
