| Penerangan CU | Conventional Oil Bunkering Operation Support describes the competency in supporting the operation of transferring conventional oil from a bunker ship to a receiving ship. Conventional oils mentioned here are included residual fuel, distilled fuel and lube oil. This task is to be performed in extreme caution to avoid unnecessary accidents and impairment to the environment. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify conventional oil bunkering operation support requirements, prepare conventional oil bunkering operation support tools, equipment and materials (TEM), carry out conventional oil bunkering support work, monitor conventional oil bunkering operation and carry out conventional oil bunkering operation securing. The outcomes of this CU is conventional oil are transferred in safely manner from bunker ship to receiver ship according to bunker management plan. |
