| Penerangan CU | Ship to Ship Bunkering Emergency Situation Handling describes the competency in dealing with crisis condition on board of a bunker ship. All emergency situations under the purview of company’s emergency handling policy must be responded and overcame accordingly as to safeguard company’s assets. A competent person in this CU shall be able to identify bunkering emergency situation handling requirements, coordinate bunkering emergency support agencies and carry out emergency support operation. The outcome of this competency is emergency situation that occur on a bunker ship is well coordinate according to Emergency Response Plan (ERP). |
