| Penerangan CU | Ship to Ship Bunkering Safe Working Practice Compliance describes the competencies required to implement safe work condition with minimum risk to people, equipment, materials, environment and processes. It is very important for ship to ship bunkering crew and supervisor to understand and comply with safe working practice requirement while performing their tasks. A competent person in this CU shall be able to interpret Job Method Statement (JMS), interpret Job Safety Analysis (JSA), interpret Permit to Work (PTW) and prepare Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The outcome of this competency is safe working condition for ship to ship bunkering personnel at work place according to safe working practice requirements. |
