Penerangan CU | Staff Competency Development Management describes the management of Accredited Centre staff competencies development and performance through appraisal and TNA approach. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop skills competency matrix, organise staff performance appraisal, develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA), evaluate training method, implement staff coaching and mentoring, manage staff's promotion and manage staff's disciplinary action. The outcome of this CU is staffs' competencies gap and performance are managed. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to manage staffs' competencies gap and performance. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Develop skills competency matrix. 2. Organise staff performance appraisal. 3. Develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA). 4.
