| Penerangan CU | Piping Design Project Management competency unit is to manage design project so as to ensure the project is being carried out as planned within stipulated time frame taking into consideration the safety aspects, cost control, quality assurance, risk analysis findings and fair distribution and allocation of resources to respective authorised / responsible personnel under his/her jurisdiction as per project requirements Piping Design Manager is responsible to analyse the scope of work to be undertaken, plan the activities required to accomplish the project, allocate manpower, facilities and materials resources, manage the project, monitor its progress and report the status to the management so as to ensure the project is in accordance with client specification, International Code and Standards, regulatory / statutory body requirements and Company Operating Procedure (COP) The outcome of this competency unit is to establish project schedule and its implementation , resources allocated and optimised to ensure project carried out successfully |
