The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare timber shoring shaft construction requirements, perform timber shoring shaft piloting works, prepare timber shoring shaft construction site, construct timber shoring shaft, perform timber shoring shaft maintenance and dismantle timber shoring shaft.

The outcome of this CU is pipe jacking shaft built using timber shoring method as per approved method statement and related regulatory bodies requirements.
