This competency unit outlines work scope of supervisory functions as stipulated in company’s job description. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to coordinate Permit to Work (PTW) application, check Health Safety & Environment (HSE) compliances, coordinate Emergency Response Plan (ERP) enforcement, prepare job schedule, perform internal communication activities, maintain site stock inventory, coordinate machineries and equipment maintenance, conduct on job training / coaching and support Human Resource (HR) administration.
