| Penerangan CU | CU DESCRIPTOR Develop garment sample describes the process of making a product prototype prior to starting a production. Garment sample development process covers garment fit checking, fabric and trims quality checking, approval value-added processes and approval of complete finished garment sample which will be sent for pre-production. Garment sample is not just for buyers, but as reference to the technical team to derive estimates of yarn consumption for garment production, production hours, stitching quality, pattern complexity level, cost for a particular style or pattern given by the buyer. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to establish garment technical packet, perform garment sample sewing activities, perform garment sample fitting and modification and produce garment approved sample. The outcome of this CU is garment sample produced according to design specification and client requirement. |
