| Penerangan CU | Perform solar PV system testing & commissioning test describes the methods on how to mount, install and arrange the Balance of System Components as per relevant standards and practice in the industry. The BOS components comprise of on-grid and off-grid application such as Array Junction Box, PV Inverter, AC Junction Box, DC & AC cables, Cable Management System as well as Battery Management System as per Malaysian Standard MS 2692. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out solar PV cable polarity test, carry out solar PV string test, carry out solar PV system functional test and carry out solar PV system performance indices test. The outcome of this CU is an execution of testing and commissioning procedure to detect any faulty in Solar PV Installation before being presented to the owner to ensure its reliability in terms of performance and functionality in line with the company's objectives and targets. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to an execution of testing and commissioning procedure to detect any faulty in Solar PV Installation before being presented to the owner to ensure its reliability in terms of performance and functionality in line with the company's objectives and targets. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Carry out solar PV cable polarity test. 2. Carry out solar PV string test. 3. Carry out solar PV system functional test. 4. Carry out solar PV system performance indices test. |
