| Penerangan CU | Perform solar PV system installation and maintenance supervision is essential to perform supervisory duties. As a team leader at worksite, it is compulsory for supervisor to plan, manage and monitor project resources beside observing working area surrounding factors such as safety and environmental elements and weather condition as well. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct tool box meeting, prepare project daily report, organize Safety and Health compliance and monitor subordinate’s performance. The outcomes of this CU are the establishment of a compliance, conducive work environment, disciplined and knowledgeable workers with regards to quality and productivity in accordance with company objectives and targets. |
