| Penerangan CU | Motorcycle assembly final inspection is a final stage in motorcycle production. The inspection aims to ensure motorcycle is produced according to specification and ready for use. In this stage the motorcycle is inspected in term of functionality, performance and appearance. The execution of motorcycle assembly final inspection is done in motorcycle factory in accordance with company SOP and complies with safety and security standard in accordance with regulatory requirements. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare motorcycle final inspection tools, equipment and materials, carry out electrical components functionality inspection, carry Out Motorcycle Performance Test and perform motorcycle appearance inspection in accordance with installation manual and motorcycle specification The outcome of this competency is to produce a motorcycle that meet quality standard in term of functionality, performance and appearance in accordance with motorcycle specification and comply with regulatory requirements. |
