The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop retail butchery quality assurance programme, develop quality assurance manual, implement quality assurance procedures, organise external quality assurance audit and implement continuous quality improvement. The outcome of this CU is retail butchery quality assurance programme, instruction manual developed, quality assurance procedures implemented, audited and continuously improvement of retail butchery operation carried out. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to manage retail butchery quality assurance is the process of retail butchery quality assurance development including developing quality assurance programme, manual and implementing procedures and auditing for better quality improvement. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Develop retail butchery quality assurance programme. 2. Develop quality assurance manual. 3.
