The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform Sushi Rice preparation, perform Maki Roll preparation, perform Nigiri preparation, perform Temaki preparation, perform Inari preparation, perform Gunkan preparation and perform Sushi accompaniment preparation.

The outcome of this CU is Sushi prepared according to standard recipe and customer requirements.
