The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform Tempura batter preparation, perform Sakana Tempura, perform Ika Tempura preparation, perform Ebi Tempura preparation, perform Yasai Tempura preparation and perform Tempura accompaniment preparation.

The outcome of this CU is Tempura prepared according standard recipe and customer requirements.
