Over dilution with solvent or water can affected the paint film thickness and performance. Dilute the coating to correct consistency in accordance with manufacture’s specification. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare decorative painting product dilution requirements, prepare decorative painting product dilution formulation, perform decorative painting product dilution activities and inspect decorative painting product dilution quality. The outcome of this CU is all preparation in the product dilution process are fulfilled improved the colour quality in accordance with organization requirements. |
