Preventive maintenance is required to keep the PV system working at its optimum level. Whilst corrective maintenance is to troubleshooting and rectifying problems that lead to system functional failure. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out solar PV module mounting structure preventive maintenance, carry out solar PV module preventive maintenance, carry out solar PV Balance of System (BOS) preventive maintenance, carry out solar PV monitoring device preventive maintenance and carry out solar PV weather station preventive maintenance. The outcome of this CU is maintenance work of solar PV system in order to optimal performance, maximum energy production, reduce equipment failures and avoid costly system repairs in accordance with company objectives and targets. |
