The person who is competent in this CU should be able to confirm decorative painting work requirement, coordinate decorative painting work assignment, prepare decorative painting work instructions, conduct daily painting briefing, attend site coordination meeting/ technical meeting, monitor decorative painting work schedule, prepare decorative painting daily report, assist Quantity Surveyor (QS) on site evaluation, monitor work area housekeeping, verify decorative painting mock-up sample and monitor decorative painting work sequence.
