Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in employee relations. An employee relation involves the body of work concerned with maintaining employer-employee relationships that contribute to satisfactory productivity, motivation and morale. The person who is competent in employee relations coordination shall be able to identify employee relations requirements, monitor staff discipline, handle grievances, appraise staff performance, coordinate staff welfare activities and generate staff performance report. The outcome of this competency is to prevent and resolve problems involving individuals which arise out of or affect work situations. |
