| Penerangan CU | Perform helicopter basic handling execution describes competency in performing helicopter basic flying skills in according with helicopter SOP. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out helicopter start up and shut down procedure, carry out helicopter take-off and landing, carry out helicopter hover and hover manoeuvre, carry out helicopter departure, carry out helicopter approach to hover, carry out helicopter climbing and descend, maintain straight and level helicopter flight at any speed, carry out helicopter series of turn, carry out helicopter circuit that meets requirements for any training flight. The outcome of this CU is helicopter basic handling execution performed in sequence, safely and successfully under Qualified Helicopter Instructor’s guidance and supervision according to the Competency Standard requirement of Royal Malaysian Air Force. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to perform helicopter basic handling execution activities to meet the training flight requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Carry out helicopter start up and shut down procedure. 2. Carry out helicopter take-off and landing. 3. Carry out helicopter hover and hover manoeuvre. 4. Carry out helicopter departure. 5. Carry out helicopter approach to hover. 6. Carry out helicopter climbing and descend. 7.
