| Penerangan CU | Perform helicopter emergency handling execution describes competency in performing helicopter abnormal situation flying skills in according with helicopter SOP. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to manage forced landing from level flight, after take-off or on approach, manage engine failure at the hover or during taxi, manage tail rotor malfunction in flight and at the hover, manage jammed flight control system, manage malfunction of a helicopter operating system, and manage upset recovery that meet requirements for any training flight. The outcome of this CU is to conduct and execute helicopter abnormal situation activities performed in sequence, safely and successfully under Qualified Helicopter Instructor’s guidance and supervision according to the Competency Standard requirement of Royal Malaysian Air Force. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to perform helicopter emergency handling execution activities to meet the training flight requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Manage forced landing from level flight, after take-off or on approach. 2. Manage engine failure at the hover or during taxi. 3. Manage tail rotor malfunction in flight and at the hover. 4. Manage jammed flight control system. 5. Manage malfunction of a helicopter operating system. 6. Manage upset recovery. |
