Penerangan CU | Energy management implementation describes about execution, approval and monitoring of EnMS resources activities and performance. The person who is competent in energy management implementation shall be able to execute financial resources allocation, execute human resources allocation, monitor EnMS activities progress, monitor outputs of EnMS activities, monitor performance against energy management, execute response mechanism for progress deviations and endorse appraisal mechanism for technical performance. The person who is competent in this CA shall be able to visualise and implement all the activities as described at planning stage. |
