The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to facilitate hygiene, safety and health requirement, enforce hygiene, safety and health activities, evaluate hygiene, safety and health management activities, implement preventive measures and record hygiene, safety and health activities performance. The outcome of this competency is to ensure pastry & bakery hygiene, safety and health are managed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Health Department Regulation and Local Authorities |
