| Penerangan CU | Perform cardiac sonography describes the competencies required to carry out cardiac morphology and functions, valve as well as congenital heart disease sonography. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct cardiac morphology ultrasound examination, conduct cardiac function ultrasound examination, conduct valves ultrasound screening and conduct congenital heart disease ultrasound screening. The outcome of this CU is the production of high-quality sonographic images with accurate clinical correlation for general sonography in adult and paediatric population in compliance with regulatory health, safety and ethical requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to carry out cardiac morphology and functions, valve as well as congenital heart disease sonography and produce high quality sonographic images with accurate clinical correlation for vascular sonography. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Conduct cardiac morphology ultrasound examination. 2. Conduct cardiac function ultrasound examination. 3. Conduct valves ultrasound screening. 4. Conduct congenital heart disease ultrasound screening. |
