| Penerangan CU | Prepare radiographic testing works describes the competency in radiographic work preparation. He or she is responsible in preparing the darkroom and safe-lighting requirements for loading film into lead screen and cassette and verification of functionality of Gamma-ray projector and X-ray machine before radiographic work commences. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to able to determine work instruction parameters, check darkroom condition and safe light, carry out radiographic film loading, carry out radiographic film loading, verify Gamma-ray projector and accessories condition and operability, verify Gamma-ray projector and accessories condition and operability and verify X-ray machine and accessories condition and operability. The outcome of this CU is is to establish knowledge and practices for candidates to perform radiographic work preparation in accordance with written instruction. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to ensure that appropriate NDT method is assessed and selected for recommendation to determine component material quality. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Determine rt work instruction parameters. 2. Check rt darkroom condition and safe light. 3. Carry out radiographic film loading. 4. Verify Gamma-ray projector and accessories condition and operability. 5. Verify X-ray machine and accessories condition and operability. |
