The person who is competent in this CU should be able to review contract requirement, prepare RT procedure for plate welded construction and prepare RT procedure for pipe welded construction. The outcome of this CU is to develop radiographic test written procedures based on applicable code. standard and specification. |

Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Review RT PROJECT contract requirement. 2. Prepare RT procedure for plate welded construction. 3. Prepare RT procedure for pipe welded construction. 4. Prepare X-ray RT procedure for plate welded construction. 5. Prepare X-ray RT procedure for pipe welded construction. 6. Prepare RT procedure (X-ray or Gamma-ray) procedure for other weld joint configurations. |
