The outbound tour payments arrangement includes issuance of invoices and receipts, collection of deposits and full payment from customers as well as payment made to outbound tour operators. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to perform outbound tour payment collection, perform outbound tour payment to operators and perform miscellaneous outbound tour payment. The outcome of this CU is effective and systematic handling of collection and payment pertaining to outbound tour program according to company’s finance department procedures. |
