This includes overseeing all aspects of the project including reporting of work site condition, compliance and quality control. Painting site administration works typically includes health, safety and environment management, quality control and reporting and documentation. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to monitor painting works method of statement compliance, prepare paint work daily activity report, prepare painting site daily record and monitor painting work health, safety and environment compliance. The outcome of this CU is painting project will be completed on time, within budget, met with required standards while also maintaining a safe and secure environment for all personnel involved. |
