| Penerangan CU | Perform painting site supervision works describes the oversight and management of the painting project at the work site. The Building Architectural Painting Foreman is responsible for ensuring that the painting work is completed to the required standards, on time, and within budget. This involves managing personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, resource allocation as well as ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols. The supervision works typically includes resource management, logistics management, communication and reporting as well as troubleshooting issues (scheduling conflicts, equipment failures and workers issues). The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare painting work assignment, optimise painting manpower distribution, coordinate painting materials logistics and monitor painting works progress. The outcome of this CU is painting activities runs smoothly on time, within budget and met with the required standards in accordance with painting project schedule. |
