The person who is competent in this CU should be able to verify water meter reader report, review water billing complaints report, troubleshoot water bill errors and prepare water billing periodic report. The outcome of this CU is effective coordination and handling of reported issues detected during meter reading such as meter malfunction, meter leaking, pipe leakage, potential water thievery which according to standard operating procedure. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to coordinate and handle issues detected during meter reading such as meter malfunction, meter leaking, pipe leakage, potential water thievery which violates Water Services Industry Act of 2006 and the Water Services Industry Rules of 2014 (Kaedah-kaedah Industri Perkhidmatan Air 2014) and prepare periodic report. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Verify water meter reader report. 2. Review water billing complaint report. 3. Troubleshoot water bill errors. 4. Prepare water billing periodic report. |
