| Penerangan CU | Coordinate aerospace composite manufacturing skill training development describes the activity to administer the personnel’s technical skill development in order to fulfil the required knowledge, skill, ability/attitude and competency of workforce for composite manufacturing. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to identify aerospace composite manufacturing technical skill development requirement, arrange aerospace composite manufacturing technical skill development activities, conduct aerospace composite manufacturing technical skill development and prepare aerospace composite manufacturing technical skill development report. The outcome of this CU is competent (skilled and knowledgeable) workforce developed through technical skills programme as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA) findings and composite manufacturing requirements. |
