| Penerangan CU | Install computer networking equipment describes the competency to install networking equipment consisting of router, firewall, network switches and end node devices within a Local Area Network (LAN). The networking equipment installation also incorporates the cabling patching works between the networking equipment to the structured cabling system. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to conduct network equipment installation site survey, conduct wireless network site survey activity, prepare network equipment installation plan, carry out wired network equipment installation works, carry out wireless network equipment installation works and carry out end node installation works. The outcome of this CU is all network equipment and end node devices are installed and connected to the network in accordance with network equipment physical diagram. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to all components and end node in the Local Area Network (LAN) are interconnected and able to reach to one another in accordance with computer network objectives.
