Penerangan CU | The CU title is to describe the competency of outlet personnel development management. He or she is the person to organize personnel development performance. The person who is competent in outlet personnel development management shall be able to organize outlet personnel training program, prepare outlet personnel appraisal, manage outlet personnel disciplinary matters, and review outlet personnel development performance. The outcome of this competency is to carry out outlet personnel development management in order to provide guest service satisfaction in accordance with outlet requirement and company policy. |
