Penerangan CU | The CU title is to describe outlet sales and marketing management. He or she is the person responsible to implement sales and marketing strategies and forecasted revenue achieved. The person who is competent in outlet sales and marketing management shall be able to carry out food & beverage market survey, plan food & beverage outlet promotional activity, organize outlet food & beverage sales and marketing strategies, execute food & beverage outlet promotional activities and compile outlet sales performance. The outcome of this competency is to execute marketing strategies in order to increase outlet sales performance in accordance with company policy and procedure. |
